On August 19, 2026, we identified unauthorized activity affecting one of our websites. The incident involved a known vulnerability in third-party software used by the site.
On August 25, approximately 10,284 unauthorized emails were sent using an email address associated with one of our domains. If you received an email from a support address associated with one of our domains with the subject “Global Assistance Funds/ Grant Support,” please disregard and delete it. This message was not sent by us and was generated by the malicious party responsible for the incident. Do not reply to the message, click any links, or provide any personal or financial information.
Following our investigation, the affected systems were restored from a known earlier backup, the compromised components were secured, and additional protections were implemented to prevent further exploitation of the third-party software vulnerability.
At this time, we have found no evidence that our databases or private client data were accessed or ex-filtrated as part of this incident.
We take the security of our systems and our clients seriously. We will continue reviewing, updating, and strengthening our infrastructure, software, and client solutions to reduce the risk of similar incidents in the future.
